The menu, with its already famous various spring rolls, features simple, wholesome, yet incredibly flavourful food prepared with the best and freshest of ingredients.

The originality lies not only in the composition of the dishes (think 100% Vietnamese ingredients, envision Vietnamese home cooking “redesigned” and stay well clear of fusion) but also in the presentation. Our rolls are cut into mouth-sized bites that make them easy to share and a pleasure to eat and are more reminiscent of sushi than the familiar large lumps of invisible food we have grown so accustomed to be served.

The desserts are a blend of traditional and modern with Marou dark chocolate (Vietnam’s one and only) fondue, home-made soursop and sugar cane ice-cream and banana in crunchy sticky rice.

Our wine list was composed by Vietnamese and French connaisseurs and all selections were made while sampling the menu with our own Chef along with other Vietnamese chefs.
